TL;DR – Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal data we collect and use.
You may submit a Data Subject Access Request using the form below.
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
1. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information
- Provide access to the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Provide a list of the third parties to which we have sold personal data (Connecticut)
- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling
- Provide a copy of personal information you gave us in a portable format
These rights are provided by the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the New Hampshire Privacy Act and the Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act. We offer the same process to residents of Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. See Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

3. Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Verification may include confirming information previously provided to us or requesting additional information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.
If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny or limit the request as permitted by applicable law.
4. Authorized Agents
If permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
5. Response Timeline
We respond to verified requests within 45 days of receipt. If reasonably necessary, we may extend this once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you of the extension and the reason within the first 45 days.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing policies@newenglandmetalroofing.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal in writing within 60 days and, if the appeal is denied, tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.

- Comply with legal obligations
- Complete transactions or provide requested services
- Detect security incidents or protect against fraud
- Exercise or defend legal claims
- Maintain internal records as permitted by law
7. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights under applicable law.
8. California Residents
