1. Promotional Offers
Advertised promotions (seasonal events, dollar-off discounts, or added-value offers) are limited-time, subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and apply only to new qualifying purchases of an Interlock® Lifetime Limited Roofing System. Minimum purchase requirements, geographic limits, and expiration dates appear in the specific offer. Discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases or contract amendments.
2. Financing Is Provided by Third Parties
Any financing, interest-free, same-as-cash, or deferred-payment option is offered by independent third-party finance partners, not by Interlock Metal Roofing (New England) Inc. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, or set financing terms, and we are not a party to your loan agreement.
3. Credit Approval & Terms
All financing is subject to credit approval by the lender. Advertised rates, promotional periods (such as no-interest windows), minimum monthly payments, and any deferred-interest terms are set by the lender and disclosed in the lender's agreement. Deferred-interest promotions may charge interest from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full by the promotion's end — read the lender's terms carefully.
4. U.S. Truth-in-Lending / Advertising
Consumer-credit advertising is subject to the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z (12 C.F.R. § 1026.24). When an offer states a down payment, the number of payments, a payment amount, or a finance charge, it also states the down payment, the repayment terms, and the annual percentage rate (APR). The lender's required disclosures are provided with your credit application and agreement. Any financing terms are also listed in the payment schedule of your contract.
5. State Rules on Advertised Prices
Our advertised discounts and savings follow the consumer protection laws of the six New England states, including the Massachusetts Attorney General's retail advertising regulations (940 CMR 6.05) on former prices and sale claims. A dollar-off amount is measured against the price we would otherwise charge for the same project, and the terms of each offer are stated with the offer.

Prices, savings claims, and estimates are preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement with your authorized installer, and depend on project size, scope, location, and site conditions. See our Terms of Service.
